GENERAL INFORMATION
PLEASE NOTE - WE HAVE REACHED CAPACITY ON Thursday, March 11 (including the Conference dinner).
Registration is still open for March 10 and March 12. We hope to meet you in Amsterdam!
Fee
Fee per day is € 150,-- (10, 11 and 12 March, 2010)
Fee per day for geneticists in training € 100,-- (10, 11 and 12 March, 2010)
Fee per day for genetic counselers € 100,-- (10, 11 and 12 March, 2010)
The fee includes: participation in the congress programme and lunch(es).
The dinner on Thursday-evening is fully booked.
N.B. Hotel costs are not included!

Payment
Payment is possible by credit card or bank transfer.
You can indicate your preference in the registration form. Please note that for both methods of payment it is of great importance that the name of the participant is clearly stated
Payment by bank transfer:
After registration we will send you an invoice.
Payment by credit card:
Via the registration form you can download a form for the credit card payment. This form needs to be completed with your name and address and to be sent to the conference secretariat by fax.
Cancellation
The date of receipt of cancellation (only accepted in writing) will be used to calculate the cancellation costs:
- Before February 1, 2010, cancellation costs are 25 % of the total fee (with a maximum of € 100,--)
- After February 1, 2010, there will be no refund.
Visa
The visa for the Netherlands is a Schengen-visa. You do not need an extra visa for other European countries. Be sure to obtain your visa in time. For some countries it may take several weeks.
Insurance
Please note that travel insurance and health care insurance are not included in the conference fee. The organizers cannot be held responsible for any accident, theft or damage to properties, nor for delays or any modification in the programme due to unforeseen circumstances.
