Hotel Registration

We negotiated with local hotels for reduced nightly rates for NCR days 2010 participants. The special prices mentioned in the table are per room / per night, including breakfast & VAT and excluding 5% city tax.

Make your hotel reservation at the latest on October 10 th , 2010 to take advantage of the reduced rates & availability. After this date reduced hotel rates and availability cannot be guaranteed.

To make your reservation please print the hotel reservation form, fill it out and send it to the Business Hotel Reservations BV.

On the individual websites of the hotels you might find cheaper rooms, although these are subject to stringent conditions. Direct payment is required and no refund will be awarded on cancellation. Conditions for the rates we negotiated offer much more flexibility.
